Long days at a desk. Constant notifications. Holding everything together. Over time it shows up in the body as tension, shallow breathing and a nervous system that never fully settles. During perimenopause this can feel amplified, with lighter sleep and increased irritability. Unwind is a simple, steady way to interrupt that cycle. This is a slow, floor based Yin Yoga practice. We hold supported postures for longer, giving tight hips, lower backs and shoulders time to release. The pace is unhurried. The room is quiet. You are encouraged to rest whenever you need. This practice can help you: Ease physical tension from desk work Calm a busy, overstimulated mind Support hormonal transitions such as perimenopause Improve flexibility gently and safely Create better conditions for sleep You do not need experience. You do not need to be flexible. You simply need to show up. your encouraged to rest or modify poses as needed—your comfort and relaxation come first. Cancellation Policy
At Breathe for Transformation, we offer small, intimate classes to support a high-quality, personalised experience. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as flexible as possible—while also respecting the time, space, and energy invested in holding each class. To ensure fairness for all participants, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy below: Booking You’re welcome to book up to 1 hour before class or Drop in subject to availability. Due to limited spots, we encourage early booking to secure your place and allow us to prepare the space for you. Cancellations – General Classes First-time last-minute cancellation: Life happens—we understand! You won’t lose your fee the first time. Cancellations made 24+ hours before class: Full credit toward another session, subject to availability. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before class: 50% of the session fee will be retained. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: The full fee is non-refundable. While we value flexibility, frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows can impact the group experience and sustainability of the class. Thank you for understanding and honouring your booking. Cancellations by Breathe for Transformation In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class or event: You will receive a full refund of the session/course/event fee. If rescheduled (e.g. change of date or venue), your payment will remain valid for the new session. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will issue a full refund upon request. -
