Nāda Yoga and Sound Meditation

Nāda Yoga and Sound Meditation is an evening wellbeing session in Bracknell offering space to slow down, settle the nervous system and reconnect inwardly through sound and guided awareness. Held at Bullbrook Community Centre, this monthly practice supports relaxation, emotional balance and a sense of grounded presence within a calm and supportive community setting. Nāda Yoga is a traditional yogic practice that works with sound and vibration as a pathway to inner awareness. Through mantra, silence and deep listening, the practice helps to harmonise the body, breath and mind. Sound meditation with Himalayan singing bowls supports the nervous system to soften, easing mental noise and supporting emotional release at a steady and accessible pace. Each session includes gentle and purposeful practices such as Chandra Namaskara to ground the body, simple pranayama to steady the breath, bīja mantra chanting with periods of silence, Yoga Nidra for deep rest and integration, and sound meditation to support relaxation and focus. No previous experience of yoga or meditation is required. This monthly Nāda Yoga and sound meditation session in Bracknell is suited to those experiencing stress, mental overload or a sense of disconnection, as well as anyone seeking a regular wellbeing practice rooted in sound, stillness and reflection. The session takes place on Friday 20 February 2026 from 19:00 to 20:30. Please arrive by 18:50, as doors close promptly at 19:00. The venue is Bullbrook Community Centre, Bracknell RG12 2NL, with free parking available. Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushions for comfort, along with warm layers. An eye mask, journal, water or herbal tea are optional. A short period of quiet journaling or optional sharing is available after the practice. The energy exchange operates on a sliding scale of £16, £18 or £20. This session is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy or for those with epilepsy, severe heart conditions or significant mental health challenges.
