Trauma-Informed | Adaptive | One-to-One & Small Group Yoga Looking for a more personalised and supportive yoga experience? My private yoga sessions are designed for individuals or small groups (2–3 people) who want to practice in a way that honours their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing stress or anxiety, or simply prefer a more tailored approach, private yoga offers you the flexibility, care, and guidance that’s often hard to find in larger classes. What I Offer Each session draws from a range of approaches, depending on your goals and preferences: - Hatha and Yin yoga for grounding and balance - Adaptive and chair yoga for injuries, chronic pain, or mobility challenges - Breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and yoga nidra for nervous system support - The eight limbs of yoga to integrate mindfulness and philosophy into your practice Sessions are available in person or online, depending on availability. How to Get Started Book a discovery call -https://calendly.com/breathefortransformationconnect/20min In the call we explore: Your current health, lifestyle, and intentions Any limitations, injuries, or emotional needs How we can build a consistent, supportive practice together From there, we’ll schedule an introductory private session and co‑create a plan that works for you. Sliding Scale & Community Support Private sessions are offered on a sliding scale to help keep this work accessible while honouring the depth and care that goes into it. You are invited to choose a rate that reflects your financial situation and capacity at this time. Occasionally, I offer reduced‑cost places for online sessions. A limited number of sliding‑scale spots are reserved for those who would otherwise be unable to attend, with the intention of widening access while still valuing the work. If cost feels like a barrier, please let me know so we can explore options together in a way that feels respectful and sustainable for both of us. You can also choose to “pay it forward,” supporting someone else in the community to access healing movement and mindfulness. Cancellation Policy

Personal Practice Support | In-Person or Online Thank you for booking a private yoga session. These 1:1 sessions are crafted to meet your individual needs and provide personalised guidance in a safe and supportive space. To ensure a respectful and smooth experience for both of us, please review the following policy: Booking All sessions must be booked in advance Both in-person and online sessions are available—please confirm your preferred format when booking. A free 20-minute discovery call is recommended for new clients to discuss your needs and goals before scheduling your first session. Session Types & Payment Single Sessions: Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., cash or sliding scale contribution). Sessions are offered on a sliding scale to support accessibility and sustainability. You are invited to contribute an amount that reflects your current financial situation and respects the value of the session. Block Sessions (e.g., 3 or 6- session packages): Block sessions offer a discounted rate for multiple sessions booked upfront. Payment for blocks is required before or at the time of booking the first session. Sliding scale contributions can be discussed individually to support accessibility. Block bookings encourage consistency and deeper progress in your practice. Cancellations & Rescheduling Single Sessions: More than 24 hours’ notice: Reschedule or full refund/credit available. 12–24 hours’ notice: 50% fee retained. Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows: Full fee non-refundable. Block Sessions: Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or credited within the block. Less than 24 hours’ notice results in the session being counted as used. No refunds for unused sessions in a block, but individual circumstances can be discussed. Frequent late cancellations may affect future booking availability due to the personalised nature of these sessions. Late Arrivals Please arrive or log in on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the schedule. Need to Talk First?
