  • Do I need previous yoga experience ?
Yoga is not a competitive practice. It does not matter if you haven't practiced before; everybody has their individual strengths and weaknesses to work with. You will notice how your strength and flexibility increase after just a few sessions. It is crucial to listen to your body and only do what you feel capable of. If you feel the need to rest, make sure to honor that instinct. Yoga is a journey of self-discovery and self-care, and everyone starts at their own unique point.
  • Do you provide Taster Session?
Absolutely! I recommend you start with a taster session as your first class. This offer allows you to experience the benefits of yoga firsthand. To book your taster session, please don't hesitate to contact me.
  • Food and Clothing
Food and Drink: It's advisable to avoid heavy meals too close to your yoga and meditation practice. If you need a snack, opt for something light about 1.5 hours before your yoga class. Water: Hydration is important. Drink water a few hours before your class, after the session, and as needed during the session to stay properly hydrated. Clothing: Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable, ensuring that your clothing is not too restrictive. Comfort is key to a productive and enjoyable practice.
  • Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and props?
We kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat and props to our classes, as we do not provide them at our studio. Additionally, using your personal props, such as blocks, straps, or blankets, can enhance your yoga experience and help you modify poses to suit your needs. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to sharing the practice with you.
