Nāda Yoga and Sound Meditation Time: 19:00 – 20:30 Frequency: Monthly Session Location: Bullbrook Community Centre, Bracknell This monthly guided Nāda Yoga and sound meditation session uses Himalayan singing bowls and other sound instruments to create an immersive environment where you can slow down, check in with yourself, and open to mindful listening. The practice helps settle the nervous system, brings emotional clarity, and supports a grounded sense of presence. The intention is to offer a real space to rest and be, and each session may include seasonal or energetic themes. What to Bring To make yourself comfortable throughout the session, please bring: Yoga mat or thick blanket to lie on or sit with. Cushions, pillows, or bolsters for support. A sleeping bag or extra blankets if you prefer additional warmth and cushioning. Anything you find helps you settle in (eye mask, journal, small towel). Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended so you can relax fully without distraction. Guidance for Attendance and Safety Nāda Yoga and sound meditation are accessible for most people. However, there are circumstances in which you should check with a healthcare provider before joining, including if you: Are in the first trimester of pregnancy or advised by a medical professional to avoid certain sound exposures. Have epilepsy or a history of seizures triggered by sound. Experience unmanaged severe mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder. Have pacemakers, heart conditions, or certain electronic medical implants. Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Participants are invited to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins so you can settle into your space and transition into the experience. You are welcome to lie down, sit, or adjust your position as needed to remain present.

Nada Yoga (Sound Bath) Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for your interest in attending a sound bath session. To create a peaceful and supportive environment for everyone, and to honour the time and energy invested in each event, please take a moment to review this booking policy: Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged (e.g. cash payments). If paying by cash, please confirm with me directly to secure your place. Cancellations & Refunds To support fairness and respect the preparation involved in sound bath sessions: More than 72 hours’ notice: Full refund or credit. 24–72 hours’ notice: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session. Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund. You may transfer your booking to a friend—just notify me with their name and contact info at least 12 hours before the session. No-shows: No refund or credit. (These sessions are small and planned with care; not showing up impacts others and limits availability.) This policy is to ensure that spots are available for those who are ready and committed, while still offering flexibility where possible. Arrival Time & Late Entry Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled. Sessions start promptly; late entry may not be permitted, to maintain a calm and uninterrupted space. Health & Comfort If you have any health conditions or accessibility needs, please let me know in advance so I can support you. Please bring items that support your comfort—such as a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or eye mask. extra balnket or Cushion to support your back. Respectful Space Sound baths are shared healing experiences. Please honour the space by observing silence, respecting personal boundaries, and bringing a sense of openness and presence to the session. Cancellations by Me If I need to cancel or reschedule: You will receive a full refund or credit. If rescheduled and you're unable to attend, I will happily issue a full refund upon request.
