This session is your mid-day remedy, designed to help you combat the mid-afternoon slump and rediscover your inner balance. Our midweek mindful yoga and meditation session, guided by Ashwini, invites you to indulge in a calming yoga practice, releasing tension knots and re-energizing your body. In this slow-paced yet gently active practice, we focus on mobilizing joints, releasing tension patterns, and calming your nervous system. The goal is to quiet your mind, enhance focus, and boost overall productivity. Who Can Join? Whether you're an experienced or a beginner practitioner, this session welcomes all levels. You can invite your colleagues, and friends, or simply enjoy some serene "me-time" during your lunch break. What You'll Need: - A stable chair, preferably without arms. 1-2 cushions 1-2 blankets- Optional: cushion, blanket, yoga blocks, bolster, eye pillow, or mask- comfortable clothing This session is accessible and can be done on a mat or chair, making it accessible to everyone. Our tiered pricing system is to accommodate various circumstances, making yoga accessible to all. Standard Rate: £7 - This is the regular price for our class. Supporter Rate: £8 - If you are in a position to offer a bit more and support our community, this option is available. Reduced Rate: £5 - For those who may be facing financial constraints, we offer a reduced rate to ensure inclusivity. We appreciate your honesty and understanding in selecting the appropriate rate for your situation. Your contributions help us sustain our yoga community and continue offering these valuable practices to everyone.
In-Person Bookings We understand that sometimes because of a multitude of reasons, it is not always possible to attend a class you have booked; we know that you will come if you can. As you know, we take a small number of people and try our best to provide the most flexibility in our offering for you to join. To keep spaces for our lovely yogis who can make it, so below are our cancellation rules for in-person sessions. Last-minute cancellation - 1st time: It is no problem to cancel last minute once. Cancellation 24 hours prior to your class: depending on availability we will try our best to book you in on another session when it suits you. Cancellation 12 hours prior to your class: 50% of your fee will be lost for this missed session. Last-minute cancellation - 2nd time: so sorry but your fee for the missed session will be not refundable. Courses: The very nature of courses is to make you familiar with the subject and encourage you to take up the home practice and support you in the process. Therefore, it’s non-transferable and non-refundable. Please be aware that it’s a commitment you’re making for yourself. The investment you’re doing is for your self-care through the practice of yoga and meditation. Refund Policy Please be aware that event bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t make it to class; we suggest you can offer it to a friend. Cancellations by Breathe for Transformation In the event of cancellation of the class by Breathe for Transformation, you will receive the full refund of the course/class fee. If class is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled classes. If not, we will refund the full payment.
