What to Expect These restorative sessions blend: Gentle, accessible yoga (chair and mat-based options available) Breath-led movement to reduce stress, ease muscular tension, and support energy regulation Grounding & centering practices for emotional stability and nervous system support Deep relaxation techniques to promote healing and inner calm Optional sound healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls for enhanced relaxation You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and more at ease in both body and mind. Cancellation Policy

In-Person Bookings & Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and attending a class you’ve booked might not always be possible. At Breathe for Transformation, we offer small, intimate classes to ensure a high-quality experience, and we do our best to offer flexibility while also respecting the needs of our wider yoga community. To support fairness and availability for all our yogis, please take note of our cancellation policy for in-person sessions: General Class Cancellations First-time last-minute cancellation: Life happens—we understand! You won’t lose your fee the first time. Cancellations made 24+ hours before class: We’ll do our best to accommodate you in another session, subject to availability. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before class: 50% of your class fee will be retained. Second-time last-minute cancellation (within 12 hours): Unfortunately, the full session fee is non-refundable. Courses Courses are designed to deepen your practice, support consistency, and encourage home integration. Please note: Course bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Enrolling in a course is a personal commitment to your well-being and growth. Event Bookings & Cancellation Policy Event bookings require planning and limited spaces are available. Please read the event cancellation terms carefully: Non-refundable within 7 days of the event. More than 7 days’ notice: You may request a refund or credit. Unable to attend? You're welcome to share your booking with a friend, family—a beautiful way to support their wellbeing. Just let us know in advance by emailing us their name and contact details, so we can warmly welcome them in your place. Cancellations by Breathe for Transformation In the unlikely event that we cancel a class or event: You will receive a full refund of the session/course/event fee. If a class or event is rescheduled (e.g. change of date or venue), your payment will remain valid for the new session. If you are unable to attend, we will issue a full refund upon request.
